Tracers Insurance Tracer Reports
These reports allow offices to create insurance tracer reports in batches.  These reports can be printed and mailed to insrurance carriers in order to get a written determination on an unpaid claim.  Using a wide range of criteria you can batch or singly print these reports.  The system also allows you to print a summary report for followup work and mailing labels for each related insurance carrier.

  • All required transaction detail is included, even diagnosis code details and usage per line.
  • Standard Avery 3x10 mailing label reports are included to aid in mailing the reports.
  • Mailing labels can be run for each individual carrier for batch mailing or individually per report.
