PatLedger Patient Account Reports
This section contains several easy to read patient ledger reports.  The most commonly used of which is the easy view patient ledger.  Take a look at the examples below to see how these reports can benefit your patient correspondence.


Easy View Patient Ledger
Displays the patients ledger in an easy to read format that can be set to only include a specific range of transactions.

Uses and Benefits

  • Great for cancer care policies, patient end of year tax requests and cafeteria plan accounts.
  • Reduces patient confusion when reviewing their account history.

Detailed Ledgers 
Displays the patients account in a document number format which will break down the patients account visit by visit.  Thus allowing for easy review of their account.

Uses and Benefits
  • Two versions of the report allow for easy review by office staff or patients.
  • Payments and applied amounts are color coded for easy review.
  • Each document number (date of service) is grouped with all relevant charge, payment, and adjustment codes.
  • Deductible amount and document balance are listed.

Notes
Document numbers are readable in the following way.
Document Number "
0802010000" Reads:    "08" = Year   "02" = Month  "01" = Day   "0000" = Visit Number 
Basically just the date listed in reverse order with a 4 digit number at the end.
